Chantal Wright has translated books by some of Germany’s most famous contemporary children’s authors, including Zoran Drvenkar’s supernatural thriller Tell Me What You See....

In 2011 she was shortlisted for the Marsh Award for Children’s Literature in Translation for Andreas Steinhöfel’s The Pasta Detectives (known as The Spaghetti Detectives on the other side of the Atlantic). Her most recent translation for children was Milena Baisch’s Anton and Piranha, which has been shortlisted for the 2015 Marsh Award.
