Megan McDowell is a Spanish-language literary translator from Kentucky; she specializes in contemporary Latin American writers. Her translations of Chilean author Alejandro Zambra’s work have been featured in publications including The New Yorker, The Paris Review, Tin House, Vice, and McSweeney’s. Her translation of Diego Zúñiga’s Camanchaca is forthcoming from Coffee House Press. She lives in Santiago, Chile.
