Anjali Singh

A literary fiction editor with a soft spot for graphic novels, Anjali Singh has worked with a number of international comics artists, including Marjane Satrapi, David B., and Posy Simmonds. Her graphic novel translations from the French include Persepolis 2, Embroideries, and Chicken with Plums by Marjane Satrapi; The Rabbi’s Cat by Joann Sfar (co-translator, with Alexis Siegel); Blue Pills by Frederik Peeters; and Marzi by Marzena Sowa and Sylvain Savoia (forthcoming from Vertigo, September 2012). She is currently a senior editor at Simon & Schuster, where she is looking to acquire literary fiction, narrative nonfiction, and (of course) graphic novels.
