Assaf Gavron is an author, translator, and musician. He has published five books of fiction and his short stories have appeared in various anthologies and publications. Among the many works he has translated from English into Hebrew are the novels of Jonathan Safran Foer, Portnoy’s Complaint by Philip Roth, and 9 Stories by J.D. Salinger.
