Dafna Zur is working on her Ph.D. on Korean literature in the University of British Columbia. Her research interests include Korean children's literature, contemporary women's fiction and travel literature. Her translations from the Korean have appeared in Manoa and The Columbia Anthology of Modern Korean Fiction. In 2006 she was selected to receive the Florence Tan Moesen Fellowship to support research using the Asian collections of the Library of Congress.
