Diana Farr Louis moved from New York to Athens in 1972. She is the author of three cookbooks, Prospero’s Kitchen, about the Ionian islands; Feasting and Fasting in Crete, and, most recently, A Taste of Greece, Recipes, Cuisine and Culture, as well as a handful of guidebooks and travel books, and dozens of articles for publications in Greece and abroad. She has a monthly column called Eating Well is the Best Revenge on and is a regular contributor to Photo: Mary Ann Gildroy
