Walton's baseball drawings record actual baseball games through system-based notations of lines and marks that map the events play-by-play.   Walton also works with performance, net art, video, public art and more.  His public art is often situational and involves collaboration with numerous participants.  Walton is an Assistant Professor of Art at the University of North Carolina Greensboro.
