Mary Isin

Mary Isin was born in Nottingham, England. After reading philosophy at York University, she settled in Turkey in 1973, and has since translated over 150 books, mostly on art, architecture and history. She published a Turkish cookery book in 1985. Isin lives in Istanbul.
