Patrick de Saint-Exupéry was an international reporter for Le Figaro. He covered the events in Rwanda and became a highly regarded writer on the subject. In 2004 he published L'inavouable La France au Rwanda, a book on France's involvement in the genocide, which sold over 20,000 copies. He returned with Hippolyte in 2013 to write La fantaisie des Dieux.
