Pháp Hoan was born in 1992 in Bình Thuận. He has lived and worked in the European Institute of Applied Buddhism (Germany). His works appear in Tiền Vệ. His debut collection of poetry, Lịch mùa (Seasonal calendar) was published by AJAR press in 2016.  In addition to poetry, Pháp Hoan writes flash fiction under the pen name Lê Khải and also translates poetry from English and German into Vietnamese. He lives in Vancouver, Canada.
