Tahar Lamri

Author and essayist Tahar Lamri was born in Algiers, Algeria, and he has lived in Italy since 1987. He is an active part of Ravenna’s local theatrical scene, as well as art director of the Festival delle Culture di Ravenna and the ParolErranti literary festival....

His work has been featured in InternazionaleLeft, and Il Manifesto, among other publications. His books include I sessanta nomi dell’amore (2006), and he both cowrote and performed in Il Volo—La ballata dei picchettini at Ravenna Teatro (2016).
