Wong Koi Tet

Wong Koi Tet started writing in his teens, published a collection each of poetry and prose, and then became a journalist. He quit journalism to pursue his master’s and wrote a series of short stories that integrated real historical events in a fictional framework. His stories explore the body as a social and cultural metaphor and the anxieties and obsessions of the common man in the face of change. Koi Tet currently lectures at the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.
